Supporting the vigorous development of the photovoltaic industry

At present, photovoltaic products cannot be opened up in the Chinese market, mainly due to the limited acceptance capacity of China's power grid for new energy such as solar and wind power generation. To solve this problem, China urgently needs to develop a strong smart grid.
A strong smart grid is a modern power grid that is based on the backbone of the ultra-high voltage power grid and the coordinated development of power grids at all levels. It is supported by a communication information platform and has the characteristics of informatization, automation, and interactivity. It includes all aspects of power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, consumption, and dispatch in the power system, covering all voltage levels and achieving a highly integrated integration of "power flow, information flow, and business flow".
Most of the new energy gathering areas in China, such as wind and solar energy, are located in the western and northern regions, while more than 75% of energy demand is concentrated in the eastern and central regions. In recent years, China has adopted conventional power plant construction and management methods, and adopted franchise bidding to build large-scale photovoltaic and wind power plants. Whether it is wind power generation or new energy generation such as photovoltaics and solar thermal power, factors such as "unstable power generation load" and "high transmission loss" pose challenges to the power grid.
