In order to further improve the quality and integrity of the wire and cable industry, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, promote the healthy development and market prosperity of the wire and cable industry, the relevant quality and technical supervision departments of the country have formulated industry rules and regulations for the wire and cable industry.

Article 1: This "Agreement" is an important code of conduct for establishing industry self-discipline, regulating industry production and business behavior, and achieving conscious and orderly development of the industry. The China Machinery Industry Federation and member units of the wire and cable industry should jointly abide by it.

Article 2: The China Machinery Industry Federation and related industry organizations are responsible for tracking the implementation of the "Regulations", and promptly reporting any problems to the relevant competent authorities and making suggestions.

The professional ethics that the wire and cable industry should abide by are mainly: civilized production, high-quality service, and social responsibility; Honesty as the foundation, reputation as the basis, abiding by laws and regulations, governing the industry with morality, and advocating advanced corporate culture; Advocate mutual respect, legal competition, coordination and self-discipline among members to leverage the overall advantages of the industry; Advocate being good at innovation, daring to explore, constantly improving the quality of all employees, and enhancing the level of enterprise management.

Article 4: Wire and cable enterprises must strictly comply with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Decision of the State Council on Issuing and Implementing the Interim Provisions for Promoting Industrial Structure Adjustment", the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Administration of Industrial Product Production Licenses of the People's Republic of China", and the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China", strictly implement national industrial policies, produce in accordance with the law, and fulfill the main responsibility for product quality and safety.

Article 5: Wire and cable enterprises must strictly abide by the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, establish reasonable talent and labor protection measures, provide opportunities for employees to receive job training, technical exchanges, and provide conditions for their long-term development.

Article 6: Adhere to market rules and market order, compete fairly, and honestly abide by contracts; Strict quality requirements to prevent counterfeiting and shoddy products; Promise price self-discipline, not to harm the interests of peer enterprises and users through improper behaviors such as disguised dumping or disguised monopoly; Strict production process technology, quality standards, and safety regulations; Keep promises to users and consumers, and eliminate bribery, corruption, and fraudulent behavior. Actively promote green manufacturing, energy conservation and emission reduction.

Article 7: Strictly implement intellectual property protection. If counterfeit or imitation infringement behavior is discovered, the China Machinery Industry Federation or relevant industry organizations shall conduct investigation and research to understand the truth. Once the situation is true and constitutes infringement behavior, a written warning shall be issued to the infringer, and correction shall be made within a time limit. Otherwise, it shall be reported to the relevant administrative department and transferred to the judicial organs for legal processing.

Article 8: Resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. When wire and cable enterprises are infringed upon in their production, operation, or foreign trade activities, or encounter foreign anti-dumping disputes, the China Machinery Industry Federation shall participate or entrust relevant industry organizations to coordinate and handle them, and support the infringed enterprises in their rights protection litigation; Support enterprises to initiate anti-dumping investigations with relevant government departments, support the adoption of safeguard measures, support anti-dumping litigation, and protect their rights in accordance with the law.
