In order to avoid the healthy development of distributed photovoltaics in power generation projects, State Grid Corporation of China has adopted a pre investment subsidy approach for photovoltaic power generation projects, which may indeed lead to the problem of building without using it. As for State Grid Corporation of China, we encourage customers to generate more electricity by actively implementing measures such as connecting surplus electricity to the grid and fully acquiring it.
