The spot check found that the main problems were the loss of weight of the sheath, insulation performance, structural dimensions, conductor resistance, and other project indicators that were not qualified. Among them, 44 batches of products in the weight loss project of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable sheaths were found to be unqualified, accounting for 55% of the total unqualified batches of such products; 54 batches of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable insulation performance projects were found to be unqualified, accounting for 67.5% of the total unqualified batches of this type of product; Seven batches of PVC insulated flexible cables and wires with the thinnest insulation thickness were found to be unqualified, accounting for 6.7% of the total unqualified batches of this type of product; 25 batches of PVC insulated flexible cables and wires failed the bending test, accounting for 24% of the total number of unqualified batches of such products; Fifteen batches of PVC insulated flexible cables and wires failed the thermal shock test, accounting for 14.4% of the total batches of such products that failed; The content inspection and product representation method inspection of PVC insulated flexible cables and wires have 11 batches and 40 batches of products that are unqualified, accounting for 10.6% and 38.5% of the total unqualified batches of this type of product, respectively.
