1、 Introduction
The ZGF series DC high-voltage generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies the latest PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology, closed-loop adjustment, and adopts voltage feedback to greatly improve voltage stability. Utilize high-performance high-power IGBT devices and driving technology, and adopt special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures based on electromagnetic compatibility theory. The DC high-voltage generator achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. It has the characteristics of high output power and small size, reliable overvoltage, overcurrent, and zero position closing protection functions, and has a 0.75 times voltage switching function. It is mainly suitable for power departments, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel and other enterprises to conduct DC withstand voltage tests or DC leakage current tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, etc.
2、 Main technical parameters and characteristics
1. Technical features:
(1) High precision and accurate measurement. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test sample, without the need for an external voltage divider during use, and the wiring is simple. The instrument has high and low voltage ends for measuring leakage current, and the high voltage end is displayed with a circular shielded digital meter, which is not afraid of discharge shock and has good anti-interference performance, suitable for on-site use.
(2) High voltage regulation stability, smooth voltage regulation across the entire range, output voltage regulation using imported single multi turn potentiometers, smooth boosting process, and high regulation accuracy.
(3) Negative polarity output, zero start, continuously adjustable, with various protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, return to zero, grounding protection, and unique disconnection protection. The automatic protection circuit has strong functions, complete and reliable protection, and ensures safe operation.
(4) We adopt the most advanced technology and process manufacturing, and take the lead in applying intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuits. We also use the latest PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices, resulting in higher output high voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.
(5) Adding high-precision 0.75UDC1mA function brings great convenience to the measurement of zinc oxide lightning arresters.
(6) The overvoltage setting adopts a digital dip switch, which can intuitively display the set voltage value, with the displayed value unit in kV, making it clear at a glance.
(7) The fault sampling adopts a dedicated sensor with an action time of nanoseconds, and the optical isolation element is also nanosecond level, which can quickly and completely turn off the DC main circuit, thus maximizing the protection of the instrument from damage.
(8) The double pressure cylinder adopts new materials, which are lightweight and sturdy. There are three concealed support feet at the bottom, which increase the stability of the pressure doubling cylinder. The exterior is coated with special insulation material, which has good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
(9) The chassis adopts aluminum alloy chassis, which is small in size, lighter in weight, more beautiful, more reliable, easy to operate, fully functional, and convenient for outdoor use.
