This instrument is suitable for conducting DC withstand voltage tests and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, magnetic blow lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, generators, etc. in the power, railway, chemical, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel and other departments. It can also be used as a power source for electrostatic suction, spraying, etc.
Instrument features
Stable output voltage: Adopting high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current dual loop feedback technology to improve power and load regulation rates, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. Full range smooth voltage regulation, high output voltage accuracy. The host voltmeter directly displays the voltage value loaded on the load, without the need for an external voltage divider, and the wiring operation is simple. Voltage resolution 0.1kV, current resolution 1uA.
Comprehensive protection: It has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond level dedicated sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety.
0.75U Function: An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added. Pressing this button will automatically switch the voltage and current to the 0.75U state, which is beneficial for testing zinc oxide lightning arresters.
Zero to zero boost: The boost potentiometer uses an imported multi turn potentiometer for zero to zero boost, ensuring a smooth boost process and high adjustment accuracy.
Overvoltage setting: The overvoltage setting uses a digital dip switch, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy.
Integrated design: Adopting an integrated design scheme, the host and the pressure doubler are placed in one chassis. Imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage doubler compact in size, improve overall efficiency, and facilitate portability.
Reliable performance: High performance imported components are selected for key components, and special insulation materials are coated on the surface of the pressure doubling cylinder, which has good electrical performance, strong moisture resistance, and no leakage.
Easy to operate: The instrument interface features various functional buttons with a reasonable layout, clear instructions, and is easy to learn and use.
