In order to solidly promote the autumn power grid maintenance work, comprehensively improve the practical level of testing and inspection of front-line operation and maintenance personnel, strengthen the ability to identify and control equipment hidden dangers, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid equipment, we recently organized on-site practical training for power testing equipment. Frontline operation and maintenance technicians participated in this training.
Entering autumn, the temperature changes greatly, and various hidden dangers are prone to occur in the power grid equipment. Autumn inspection is a key link in the annual power grid operation and maintenance work. This training is based on the actual homework needs on site, breaking the indoor teaching mode and moving the teaching classroom to the homework site. It focuses on the key points of autumn inspection work, with practical teaching as the main approach, and fills the gaps in the instrument operation business of frontline personnel.
During the training process, technical instructors combined cable fault testers and other power testing instruments to provide comprehensive explanations on equipment working principles, on-site wiring specifications, parameter debugging and setting, standardized testing processes, data reading and analysis, equipment fault identification, and key points of on-site safety control. Conduct real-life operation demonstrations for high-frequency autumn inspection scenarios such as cable fault diagnosis and equipment status assessment, integrating theoretical knowledge points into the real work environment to enable trainees to intuitively grasp the essentials of operation.
The trainees carefully observed and demonstrated, actively engaged in practical exercises, and exchanged ideas and discussions with each other based on the difficult problems encountered in their daily work. The instructor promptly corrects any non-standard details during the operation process, provides on-site Q&A, and achieves a combination of learning and practice. Everyone operates, thinks, and summarizes while truly understanding the principles of the instrument, proficiently mastering the entire process of wiring, testing, and data analysis, ensuring that the trainees understand, learn, and use it.
What is learned on paper is shallow, but one must put it into practice. This on-site practical training abandoned the teaching method of rote learning and adhered to a problem oriented approach, focusing on practical skills for the job. It effectively solved practical problems such as some personnel's lack of proficiency in instrument operation and insufficient experience in fault diagnosis, further consolidating the professional foundation of frontline teams and laying a solid technical foundation for autumn inspection work.
Next, we will transform the results of this training into practical skills, and all operation and maintenance personnel will be fully engaged in autumn maintenance work. Strictly implement the autumn inspection work plan, increase equipment inspection and testing efforts, comprehensively identify and eliminate equipment defects and hidden dangers, carry out every maintenance task in a practical and detailed manner, and strictly control on-site safety. Through solid and efficient autumn inspection work, eliminate operational risks of the power grid, build a strong defense line for safe operation of the power grid, fully guarantee the safety, stability, and reliable power supply of the power grid in the jurisdiction, and provide solid power guarantee for local economic and social development.
