1、 Product Introduction
The cable fault tester is a new generation portable cable fault tester designed and manufactured by our company according to user requirements, considering on-site use. It adheres to our consistent principles of high technology, high precision, and high quality, and elevates the level of cable testing to a new level.
The entire cable fault tester consists of three main parts: flash testing, tracking, and positioning.
The cable fault tester (flash tester) can be used to detect low resistance, high resistance, short circuit, open circuit, leakage faults, and flashover faults of various cables. It can accurately detect the location of the fault point, cable length, and cable burial path of underground cables. It has the characteristics of accurate testing, high level of intelligence, wide adaptability, stable performance, and lightweight portability. The instrument adopts a Chinese character system, high-definition display, and user-friendly interface.
The cable fault tester (track gauge, fixed-point gauge) adopts a special structure of acoustic vibration sensor and low-noise dedicated device as preamplifier, greatly improving the sensitivity of instrument fixed-point and path detection. In signal processing technology, the distance between the fault point and the sensing probe is displayed digitally, greatly eliminating the blindness during fixed-point operation. For the overhead faulty cables in the cable trench, the vibration sound of the entire cable makes any fixed-point instrument helpless and unable to determine the specific location of the closed fault. Nowadays, as long as the sensor probe of this instrument is in contact with the faulty cable or nearby cable, the distance and direction of the fault can be accurately displayed, and the fault location can be easily and quickly determined. In addition, the application of power frequency adaptive cancellation theory and high-Q power frequency notch technology greatly enhances the suppression and anti-interference ability of 50Hz power frequency signals in strong power frequency electric field environments, and reduces fixed-point blind spots. In terms of instrument functionality, the use of acoustic electric synchronous reception and display technology effectively overcomes the difficulty of fixed-point positioning caused by environmental noise interference in the fixed-point site. Especially the digital display of fault distance eliminates the need for operators to analyze and judge complex waveforms, and to a considerable extent replaces the rough distance measurement function of the flash tester. For hundreds of meters long faulty cables, it is generally not necessary to conduct rough measurements to implement fixed points, which truly achieves high efficiency, speed, and accuracy. The use of 16kHz amplitude modulated electromagnetic waves and amplitude detection technology for path detection and cable burial depth measurement avoids the interference of television line frequency on the fixed-point instrument when the original equal amplitude 16kHz signal source is used.
