AJYP-6 Variable frequency anti-interference dielectric loss meter
1、 Overview
Dielectric loss insulation test can effectively detect the overall moisture deterioration and local defects of electrical equipment insulation, and is widely used in electrical manufacturing, electrical equipment installation, handover, and preventive testing.
The AJYP-6 heterodyne dielectric loss tester adopts variable frequency power supply technology and utilizes single-chip microcontrollers and electronic technology for automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data operation, achieving strong anti-interference ability, fast testing speed, high accuracy, and easy operation.
The variable frequency power supply adopts a high-power switching power supply, which outputs pure sine waves of 45Hz and 55Hz, automatically applies voltage, and can provide a maximum voltage of 10kV; Automatically filter out 50Hz interference, suitable for on-site testing in substations and other areas with high electromagnetic interference.
2、 Performance characteristics
1. Equipped with CVT self-excited method testing, connect once and measure the capacitance and tg δ of C1 and C2 simultaneously.
2. Equipped with reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, C11 can perform 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement without disconnecting the wire when the CVT bus is grounded.
3. It has the measurement function of applying external voltage and CN.
4. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, only a standard oil cup and a dedicated testing line are needed to achieve oil dielectric loss measurement.
5. By using frequency conversion technology to eliminate on-site 50Hz power frequency interference, reliable data can be measured even in strong electromagnetic interference environments.
6. The overcurrent protection function ensures that the instrument is not damaged in the event of a short circuit or breakdown of the test sample.
7. Comes with standard capacitors and high-voltage power supply for easy on-site testing and reduces on-site wiring.
8. The instrument adopts a large screen LCD display, and the testing process is prompted by a Chinese menu for operation.
