1、 Overview
1. Purpose:
The intelligent battery internal resistance tester adopts advanced AC discharge testing methods, which can accurately measure the voltage and internal resistance at both ends of the battery, and judge the quality of the battery capacity and technical status based on this. Customers can choose the results of internal resistance testing, voltage testing, and capacity estimation of the battery according to their own situation as the basis for internal resistance matching when assembling new batteries; Testing the internal resistance of the battery before and after discharge is used to identify truly outdated batteries.
2. Characteristics

(7) The four terminal multi-purpose testing clip integrates functions such as testing clip and probe, and can adapt to over 98% of battery connection installation methods and battery pole forms.
3. The advantages of the four terminal testing clip:
The four terminal test clamp is suitable for most testing scenarios, with a metal test head protruding 6 centimeters from the front of the fixture and a thickness of only 3 millimeters. It is convenient to directly contact the pole under the connecting piece, and the inner side of the metal head has serrations, which facilitates the removal of oxides and direct contact with the pole, thereby ensuring the stability and accuracy of the test results.
4. Advantages of testing probes:
(1) The four point method test shows that the inner needle is completely insulated from the outer cylinder!
(2) The inner needle has a diameter of 1.3 millimeters and the outer tube has a diameter of 3 millimeters, suitable for various connection strip gaps, and can be fully inserted through the hole of the pole sheath!
(3) The metal needle and syringe are coated with beryllium copper gold plating technology, which can adapt to various testing frequencies and currents!
(4) The wire is 1.8 meters long, the test pen is 0.36 meters long, and the entire battery pack can be tested without the need for a mobile device!
(5) The test pen adopts a two-stage design with an extended rod, which is convenient to carry and suitable for long-distance testing!
(6) Cooperating with the internal resistance tester's fully automatic testing program is more convenient and accurate!
(7) The aviation plug adopts products from Taiwan's PLT company, which can adapt to various frequencies and currents, ensuring accurate testing!
