Main testing equipment configuration for first level repair, installation, and testing qualifications
brief introduction
On December 1, 2017, the National Energy Administration made corresponding adjustments to the qualification equipment for power testing. The qualification equipment for testing in each province and region is the same, and some equipment that is not commonly used by power enterprises in actual work is omitted. A brief introduction is given to the new version of the construction equipment selection guide required for the first level power facility license for installation (repair, testing) testing.
Obtaining a first level installation (repair, testing) license allows one to engage in the installation, maintenance, or testing activities of all voltage level power facilities.

Those who have obtained a first level testing license for the installation (repair, testing) of power facilities can engage in testing activities for all voltage levels of power facilities. The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
1. Legal personality and well-established organizational structure
2. Registered capital and net assets of over 48 million yuan
3. Experience of conducting testing activities on lines and substations with a voltage of over 330 kV for more than 2 consecutive years, or experience of conducting testing activities on lines and substations with a voltage of over 220 kV for more than 3 consecutive years
4. The technical and safety managers have over 8 years of experience in power facility testing management and possess advanced technical qualifications in power related fields
5. More than 50 professional technical and economic management personnel, including more than 35 power related engineering and technical personnel
6. More than 35 electricians holding a network operation permit, including more than 10 high-voltage electricians and more than 15 special electricians
7. Establish a sound and effective safety production organization and system, conduct safety training in accordance with the law, and have at least 5 full-time safety supervisors
8. Fixed business premises with a total area of over 6000 square meters, various professional laboratories, and testing sites and equipment for testing electrical facilities with voltage levels above 330 kV
9. A sound system for managing technical archives
