AJ300 Transformer ratio tester
1、 Introduction
The AJ300 Transformer Ratio Tester breaks through traditional detection methods and is specially designed and manufactured for measuring the primary and secondary currents, transformation ratios, ratio differences, angle differences, phases, polarities, and leakage currents of high-voltage current transformers and transformers operating below 35kV (such as 10kV or 35kV). It consists of a primary high-voltage clamp, a primary low-voltage flexible current clamp, a receiver (host), a secondary current clamp, an insulating rod, etc. A high-voltage clamp meter is equipped with a dedicated iron core, which is lightweight, high-precision, and has good linearity. It is connected to an insulation rod and can test the leakage current, current, load, etc. of bare wires or busbars below 35kV, or cables with safe insulation skin below 110kV. Wireless data reception with a straight-line distance of about 50 meters and a current range of AC 0.00mA to 800A.
The innovative integrated design of the clamp head and guide area ensures high precision, reliability, and stability for uninterrupted testing throughout the year. The clamping method involves pushing or pulling the insulation rod to clamp or withdraw the clamp head from the tested wire, making measurement and installation convenient and fast. A low-voltage flexible current clamp with a Roche coil, no magnetic saturation, wide measurement current range, high accuracy, wide range, and convenient use. The receiver host adopts a 3.5-inch true color LCD screen with a clear and intuitive graphical interface display. The tip of the secondary pliers is thin, which is very suitable for places with dense wiring. Insulated rods are lightweight, moisture-proof, heat-resistant, impact resistant, highly insulated, and can be freely assembled. Instruments also have functions such as data retention and storage, and are widely used in substations, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as testing stations and electrical maintenance departments for current detection and field electrical operations.
The monitoring software has online real-time monitoring, dynamic display, maximum, minimum, and average value indication, alarm value setting and alarm indication functions, and historical data reading, viewing, saving, printing, and other functions.
