1、 Overview:

The AJX series AC/DC test transformer control box is designed and produced according to the unique usage range of the voltage tester. Its functions include:

Closing sound and light alarm;

Timing sound and light alarm;

Electronic low-voltage current protection (box type);

High voltage direct reading;

Voltage withstand test time can be freely set (digital display);

Mobile structure (desktop)

2、 Working principle:

The AJX series AC/DC test transformer control box is composed of a contact type voltage regulator (electric column voltage regulator above 50kVA) and its control, protection, measurement, and signal circuits. It is achieved by connecting to a 220V or 380V power supply and adjusting the voltage regulator (i.e. the input voltage of the voltage tester) to obtain the required test high voltage value.

Technical parameters, specifications, and selection of matching materials

The capacity of the control box for the AC/DC test transformer is nominal based on the capacity of the voltage regulator. If it is used in conjunction with a voltage tester (working within 30 minutes), it can be selected according to the power industry standard "DL474.4-92" of the People's Republic of China: P0=0.75P. P0 in the formula represents the capacity of the voltage tester; P-regulator capacity. If used for batch testing of electrical products in professional factories, the capacity of the regulator should be equal to that of the voltage tester, that is, P0=P.
