1、 Product Overview:

 

The transformer on load tap changer tester is a high-voltage testing equipment designed according to the power industry standards of the People's Republic of China, with general technical conditions DL/T846 and 8-2004. It can meet the requirements of the "Code for Handover and Preventive Testing of Power Equipment", such as checking the action sequence of on load tap changers and measuring switching time. It can achieve accurate measurement of parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronicity of on load tap changers, making it an ideal device for testing on load tap changers. 2、 Main features:

 

①.   Test the Y0 Y △ transformer, and display the resistance value directly without conversion;

 

②.   Humanized data analysis can automatically identify faults in the middle of the waveform and mark them;

 

③.   The waveform display automatically adjusts the amplitude of resistance and time based on the sampled data;

 

④.   △ - type transformers can display three-phase synchronicity;

 

⑤.   Can be tested with or without windings;

 

⑥.   Four terminal wiring method, providing high-precision resistance measurement without the need for wire compensation;

 

⑦.   Continuous testing can be conducted during the testing process to save time on transformer power outages;

 

⑧ The instrument can generate Word reports for easy data management and retrieval;

 

⑨.   The instrument is controlled by a small computer, equipped with an 800 × 480 color LCD touch screen, high-speed printer, and supports external mouse for easy operation;
