1. Scope of use
This instrument is used in power, postal and telecommunications, railway, petroleum, chemical, communication, mining and other departments to measure the grounding resistance of various devices and the resistance of low resistance conductors. This instrument can also measure soil resistivity and ground voltage.
2. Working principle
Working principle: The DC/AC converter inside the machine converts DC into AC low-frequency constant current, which forms a circuit through the auxiliary grounding electrode C and the measured object E. An AC voltage drop is generated on the measured object, which is amplified by the AC amplifier through the auxiliary grounding electrode P, and then detected and displayed on the meter head. With the help of a multiplier switch, three different limits can be obtained: 0-2 Ω, 0-20 Ω, and 0-200 Ω.
Performance characteristics
Compared with traditional hand-operated resistance meters, this instrument has the following characteristics:
·The DC/AC conversion technology is applied, integrating three terminal and four terminal measurement methods, and the power supply can be used for both AC and DC.
·The use of phase-locked loop synchronous tracking detection method and switched capacitor filter makes the anti-interference ability extremely strong.
·Abandoning the traditional manual hand cranked power generation method, it does not require manual labor.
·No need for manual adjustment of balance, clear panel touch key operation, LCD digital display makes measurement very convenient and fast, eliminating visual errors of pointer instruments.
·The allowable auxiliary grounding resistance value is large, which better ensures measurement accuracy and high resolution.
·In addition to testing grounding resistance, it can also test the resistance value of low-voltage conductors, soil resistivity, and AC ground voltage.
